Please note that we have stopped the list at 25 for Ireland as we believe the quality at 25th place is roughly the equivalent to 100th place in the English list, 50th place in the Scottish list and 20th place in the Welsh list.
The beauty of their website is that you can dig deeper into regional charts across the country if you so wish.
There are three courses in this list that do not feature at all in the two comparable lists from Golf World and National Club Golfer magazines. These are Royal Dublin, Donegal and Cork.
There is just one course that is included in both the other lists but not here. That is Portsalon.
